These terms cover the website service from Stay Open Sites, operated by Meridian Solutions Group LLC, Omaha, Nebraska. "We" means Stay Open Sites. "You" means the business that signs up.
What we do
We build your website, host it, keep it running, and point your Google listing to it.
Plans and billing
- Monthly plan: $99 a month. Cancel any time. Your service runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
- Annual plan: $600 for 12 months. It renews every year at $600 unless you cancel.
- Founding plan: $499 for 12 months. It renews every year at $499 for as long as you keep it active.
Refunds
For annual and founding plans, you get a full refund if you ask within 30 days of payment. There are no refunds after 30 days.
What you own
You own your business content and your domain name. If you cancel, we will send you your site files when you ask for them.
Non payment
If a payment is not made, we may pause your site until it is.
Limits on liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
